Phil and Caroline became the senior leaders of City International Church in January 2000. With their induction came a new beginning for the small group of people who called CIC their spiritual home at the time.

Our vision was to be a group of people that would bring the good news of Jesus in action, service and words. We just looked for where we could help and tried to meet that need in His name.

Since that time we have grown in the understanding of what it means to partner with Jesus in loving our world, as we have also discovered that vision is an unfolding journey. The number of those gathering together has also grown over the years as lives have been touched by the love and power of Jesus.

In January of 2004 it became apparent that it was time to purchase a building in order to facilitate the ongoing service we wanted to provide to our community. We saw this as a sign that says to our City that we are here for the long haul, we are here to reach generations.

The journey now continues as we strive to fulfill his vision that has become our heart beat, the vision of "Loving God and loving people."
